STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE



1. Introduction

Welcome to Golden Pen Stationery. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our stationery products and services, whether purchased online through our  website or offline in-store. By shopping with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

  • Customers must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian to purchase.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Products & Availability

  • We offer a wide range of stationery items, subject to availability. 
  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for guidance and may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in BHD and are inclusive of applicable taxes (as specified).
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, whether online or offline.
  • We accept payments through  cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, online gateways.
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order.

5. Orders & Confirmation (Online Purchases)

  • An order confirmation will be sent via email after successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery & Collection

  • For online purchases, delivery timelines will be shared at checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before payment.
  • Customers may choose in-store collection where available.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7–14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt/invoice.
  • Certain items (e.g., customized or perishable goods) are non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7 working days.

8. Warranties & Liability

  • All products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, product images, and materials are the intellectual property of Golden Pen Stationery.
  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Customer information collected online or offline will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share customer details with third parties, except as necessary to complete transactions.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Bahrian.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kingdom of Bahrian.

12. Amendments

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective once posted on our website or displayed in-store.
